PRISTINE Zinc ColdGalva Coatings are one of the  highest quality zinc rich coatings on the market which are very effective for long-term protection of structural steel. The proprietary binders used for zinc coldgalva coating allows the zinc particles to remain in close contact with each other and provides a strong adhesion with the metal surface thus providing an excellent protection against rust and rust creepages though true galvanic protection. 

Pristine Zinc Galva Coatings are available in form of  aerosol spray  and loose paint. The loose zinc paint can be applied by spray gun or by brush. 

Pristine Zinc Coldgalva coatings are available in three shades:

1. Zinc Bright:  This grade gives a bright silvery appearance similar to that of hot galvanized steel and hence it is most suitable for mending the damaged hot-dip galvanized parts. Zinc bright is manufactured using flakes shaped zinc with a purity of 99.99%. The lamellar morphology of these zinc particles lengthens the diffusion pathway thus obstructs corrosion stimulators in a better way.

2. Zinc Ultra Bright: This grade gives a bright silvery semi-glossy appearance. Very fine spherical shaped zinc metal powder with purity of more than 99% purity is used in the formulation.  These zinc metal spheres are packed close enough to ensure a virtual tangential contact between the zinc and the steel substrate   and form galvanic cell required to avoid corrosion.

3. Zinc Touch Up:  This grade gives a grey silver matt appearance. Like Zinc Ultra Bright grade spherical shaped Zinc Dust with 99% purity is used in this grade.
